In Memoriam of Lily 2-12-05

Leo- this dashing young lad crossed the bridge during the prime of his life. We were treating him for heartworms and unfortunately he did not survive the treatment. Heartworm’s is a very preventable illness and it deeply saddens everyone in rescue when we know Leo could have lived a long, healthy life if his previous owners had taken the time to give him an inexpensive monthly preventative.
